This storyboard guided the development of my instructional video, helping me organize both the visual and verbal elements before recording. I began by outlining the six main scenes, identifying what the audience would see and hear in each step. This process allowed me to plan transitions, pacing, and emphasis points so that the instructions would flow naturally. By aligning visuals with narration, I ensured the final video maintained clarity, consistency, and accessibility for new users learning how to schedule a Zoom meeting.
